V-WELD offers fit-up rotators, in various models having range from 10 tons to 150 tons.Fit-up rotators, are ideal for fit-up in circumferential welding & shell length bulit up. When joining two vessel with circumferential welding, due to ovality present at joint area, fit-up rotator's are used to make the axial & transverse movement of vessel axis to make the perfect weld.

V-WELD Fit up Station is ideal for fitment ( diametrically) of two section of Shell with 3D adjustments.
Shell's once placed on Fit up Rotators station, make the shell adjustment multi-dimensional. Once the build up shell is aligned with other shell, it shall be tacked welded and entire build up shell is moved / shifted further for further built up.
